Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Planning: Develop and execute talent strategies that align with the organization's objectives. Work closely with leadership to identify talent opportunities, optimize workforce planning, and implement effective succession planning.
  • Metrics-Driven Insights: Provide leadership with data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Develop and enhance analytical tools and dashboards that monitor key HR metrics, such as employee engagement and turnover.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure all employee relations issues are handled promptly and compliantly. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to uphold all regulatory standards.
  • Performance Management: Support and guide management through performance evaluations and development processes, focusing on achieving strategic objectives and career progression.
  • Organizational Development: Identify barriers to team effectiveness and implement solutions to promote continuous learning and accountability.
  • HR Process Management: Act as a liaison for the rollout of core HR processes, ensuring their alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition to define roles, ensuring they meet strategic goals and comply with industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
  • 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably within healthcare or a clinical setting.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective talent strategies and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with HR metrics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements in healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage constructively with all levels of staff and management.
