Job Description
Duties:
- Manage several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings/conferences, travel, appointments, etc.
- Help with conferences room needs, such as technology devices, catering, etc.
- Process and track expense reports
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, memos, etc.
- Manage and monitor subscription tracker
- Managing and performing special projects across a variety of departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role and field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
