Job Description

Duties

  • Perform general office duties, such as answering and directing calls, filing/scanning, handling incoming mail, packages, deliveries, etc. 
  • Help draft, proofread, and edit communications, documents, memos, etc. 
  • Manage office inventory and vendors, ordering and restocking supplies as needed 
  • Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, websites, files, etc. 
  • Process and track expense reports 
  • Field, process, and track HR tickets  
  • Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Ideal opportunity for a recent graduate 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
