Job Description
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering and directing calls, filing/scanning, handling incoming mail, packages, deliveries, etc.
- Help draft, proofread, and edit communications, documents, memos, etc.
- Manage office inventory and vendors, ordering and restocking supplies as needed
- Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, websites, files, etc.
- Process and track expense reports
- Field, process, and track HR tickets
- Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ideal opportunity for a recent graduate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
