Job Description
Duties:
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Help manage orientation and training for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain HR databases and reports
- Manage payroll processing, timekeeping, etc.
- Manage employee relations and help resolve any issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize project efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ADP, as well as familiarity with other HRIS software
