Job Description
Duties:
- Manage and organize very busy calendars for C-Level personnel, including scheduling travel, meetings, events, appointments, etc.
- Process and track expense reports
- Help setup and prep for meetings and projects
- Maintain and update company information and databases
- Assist with planning firm conferences and other events
- Help maintain organized office space to ensure good workflow
- Assist with any ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and detail
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
