Senior Estimator – Design-Build General Contractor

Duties:

• Lead and manage conceptual estimating efforts for commercial and light industrial projects.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to develop accurate, competitive estimates aligned with project goals.
• Leverage your expertise in construction technologies, including Microsoft Office, Procore, and other software, to streamline estimating processes.
• Provide input and insight into the design-build process, ensuring seamless integration of design and construction phases.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of conceptual estimating experience in commercial or light industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of the design-build method.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other relevant construction technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
