Job Description
Duties:
- Organize and manage several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, travel logistics, appointments, etc.
- Meet and greets client and guests
- Help maintain presentable office space
- Process and track expense reports
- Update and maintain client file databases (both digital and physical)
- Help set up and breakdown spaces for meetings and events
- Assist with any ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years’ experience working in a similar role and fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing project efficiently with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), as well as Adobe
- Experience with Concur a plus
