Job Description
Duties:
- Manage busy calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, calls, travel arrangements
- Provide project and administrative including research, presentation preparation, etc.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other communications
- Process and track expense reports
- Maintain documents and other files (both digital and physical)
- Work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
