Duties:
- Coordinate and manage several busy schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. across multiple time zones
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism
- Organize and prepare meetings, including set-up and break-down, presentation prep, tech set-up, taking minutes, etc.
- Process and track expense reports
- Manage documents and files (both digital and physical)
- Assist with any ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zone
