Job Description

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

  • Prepare reports and datasets both as needed and on routine schedules 
  • Create reports and presentations based on recommendations and findings for internal and external use 
  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets 
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets 
  • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization 
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data 
  • Helps respond to other data requests as needed 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics 
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience 
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Strong analytical skills  
  • Experience using analytical and management reporting tools 
  • Ability to effectively manage and successfully assignments and projects 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with management and staff 
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
