POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for supporting others? Green Key's client is seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist to join their HR team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for managing and supporting our HR systems, ensuring their smooth operation and effectiveness. Your goal will be to enhance the usability, accuracy, and maintenance of their HR systems, providing vital support to both HR staff and system users.
RESPONSIBILITIES
System Support and Administration:
- Customer Service & Troubleshooting: Provide exceptional support to the HR team, addressing system-related issues and offering guidance to ensure smooth operation. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical challenges.
- System Liaison: Serve as the key intermediary between HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to maintain system performance.
- Data Management: Oversee the accuracy and organization of data within the system, including payroll information, ensuring consistency and integrity at all times.
- Training and Development: Design user-friendly training materials and lead training sessions, enabling HR team members to maximize the capabilities of HR systems.
Reporting and Auditing:
- Reporting: Produce and analyze detailed reports that offer valuable insights into HR data, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and organizational goals.
- Auditing: Regularly audit system data and processes, identifying areas for improvement and maintaining best practices to meet internal and external requirements.
System Enhancement:
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency across the department.
- System Updates: Collaborate on system updates and reconfigurations to keep our HR systems current, effective, and aligned with organizational needs.
Payroll and Data Integrity:
- Payroll Reconciliation: Ensure that payroll data is accurate, complete, and reconciled in a timely manner.
- Data Integrity: Safeguard the integrity and security of all HR-related data, ensuring it is accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.
Training and Development:
- Create Training Materials: Develop comprehensive and clear training resources to assist HR staff and system users in effectively navigating the HRIS.
- Lead Training Sessions: Facilitate user training sessions to ensure HR staff and other system users are confident in using the HRIS to its full potential.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for a degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems (preferably Ceridian Dayforce) and database management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity.
- Experience in data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
