Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with applying labels and maintaining accuracy in a GMP setting.
- Manage purchase orders (POs), including creation, tracking, and follow-up.
- Handle ordering processes and ensure timely receipt of supplies.
- Review and process invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize spreadsheets to manage and organize data effectively.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure alignment on tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a GMP or similar regulated environment is a plus but not required.
