Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with applying labels and maintaining accuracy in a GMP setting.
  • Manage purchase orders (POs), including creation, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Handle ordering processes and ensure timely receipt of supplies.
  • Review and process invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize spreadsheets to manage and organize data effectively.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure alignment on tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other office software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a GMP or similar regulated environment is a plus but not required.
