Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule management via Outlook, ensuring efficient time management and meeting coordination.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Facilitate meeting setups using Teams and Zoom, including technology checks and troubleshooting.
- Conduct expense reporting through Concur with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure seamless communication, handling memos, emails, and other correspondences with flawless grammar and spelling.
- Anticipate needs and provide thoughtful, proactive support such as querying about dietary restrictions for meetings or confirming logistical needs for trips.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative experience, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and anticipate the needs of executives.
- Team player with a professional demeanor and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with travel coordination and expense management.
