An Investment Management firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two C-suite executives in their dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
On-site three days per week
Salary: $120-160k base
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the executives.
- Coordinate quarterly board meeting logistics including coordinating breakfasts, lunches, off-site dinners, preparing and printing materials, and coordinating travel and accommodations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requested by the executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a finance-related environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial software.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
