Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • CEO Office Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Ensure efficient scheduling and logistics for all meetings and events directly related to the CEO’s office.
  • Governance Support: Assist with the scheduling and execution of governance-related committees and board meetings. Track volunteer information, including roles and term limits.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of high-level meetings and events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Handle all business correspondence with a high degree of professionalism. Maintain strong and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Support various administrative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to high standards. Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior-level executives. Experience with volunteer committees and governance leadership meetings is preferred.
