Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage onsite construction operations, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and deadlines.
• Lead subcontractors and perform quality and safety checks.
• Utilize construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam) to document progress.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including city officials and project teams.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in multifamily construction.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and ADA requirements.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Wood-frame experience required.
• Degree's are a plus, but not required.
