Key Responsibilities
- Project Management and Coordination: Spearhead the management of the Program, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with various departments to implement the program's initiatives effectively.
- Event Planning and Execution: Facilitate the logistical and programmatic aspects of key events such as the Spring Conference and Fall Bootcamp, including planning, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external consultants to enhance program execution and outreach. Manage communications and maintain relationships to foster collaboration.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in managing sales activities related to the program, including contract coordination, payment processing, and promotional activities. Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to develop advertising materials and digital content.
- Operational Support: Oversee the operational aspects of the program, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. Ensure all activities are aligned with the strategic objectives and comply with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in an innovation or incubator environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in event planning and execution, with a keen eye for detail.
