Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of simple to moderately complex tax issues, focusing on developments affecting estates, gifts, and trusts.
- Update and refine our Tax Management Portfolios and other resources to reflect recent changes in tax legislation and regulations.
- Edit and verify the accuracy of contributed content, ensuring it meets our standards for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
- Maintain and develop your expertise in tax law, staying current on legal developments to provide authoritative guidance to our users.
- Collaborate on new product initiatives and enhancements, contributing to the expansion of our tax solutions.
- Support the sales, marketing, and customer experience teams with expert knowledge and insights.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree and a professional certification (J.D. or CPA).
- Preferred: Tax LL.M. or Master of Science in Taxation (MST).
- At least three years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in the taxation of estates, gifts, and trusts.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex tax concepts in clear and accessible language.
