Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs etc.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Support general cleaning tasks, such as wiping down surfaces and tidying shared spaces
- Assist with deliveries, organizing storage areas, and handling equipment or furniture moves
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in facilities or office operations
- Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment (up to 40 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings or evenings as needed
