Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs etc.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms
  • Monitor and restock office supplies
  • Support general cleaning tasks, such as wiping down surfaces and tidying shared spaces
  • Assist with deliveries, organizing storage areas, and handling equipment or furniture moves

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in facilities or office operations
  • Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment (up to 40 lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings or evenings as needed
