Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and align with our organizational values.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to a small administrative team, ensuring high levels of collaboration and professionalism.
  • Record Keeping: Manage comprehensive records, including financial data, membership information, and other critical documentation.
  • Event and Program Support: Coordinate logistical aspects of church events and programs, supporting ministry leaders and ensuring successful execution.
  • Community Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing communication and community relations.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with financial administration, including budgeting, financial reporting, and oversight of fundraising operations.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures, maintaining an environment of integrity and respect.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative capacity with leadership responsibilities. Experience in a nonprofit or church setting is highly valued.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software, and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
