Job Description:

Distribution Operation Activities – 50%

·        Primary POC for all 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) and responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations

·        Weekly meetings with 3PL, track performance and operational activities

·        Distribution related invoice review, and coding

·        POC for all Serialization activities. Experience with Pharmaceutical Product Serialization and DSCSA regulations

·        New product setup, support launch activities, contract and pricing changes at 3PL

·        Support month end closing and Audit activities

·        Support budgeting and forecasting for the function

Supply Chain Operation Activities – 25%

·        Support the Supply chain operations activities as directed by the Supply Chain Manager

·        Liase under the direction of Supply Manager with CMO’s on operational activities like PO’s, contract, invoices, inventory, scheduling, shipments etc

·        Hands on experience with operating Supply Chain Management systems is a must. Support the Anaplan Supply and Operations Management system maintenance and updates. Technical skills in model building and report development are desirable.

·        Support S&OP presentation prep and preparation of minutes

·        Support month end closing activities

Project Management – 15%

·        Good project management skills including tracking timelines and projects

·        Support coordination of Brand meetings and preparation of minutes

·        Coordination the preparation of Board slides

·        Other coordination activities as directed by the Head of Product Portfolio

State Licensing, Pricing, and Market Access support – 10%

·        Support and serve as backup for State Licensing, Pricing, and Market Access activities

·        Support as needed as directed by the functional lead in generating reports and tracking activities

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Distribution is preferred. However, candidates with a strong background and relevant work experience will also be considered.
