Job Description
Design company in downtown Philadelphia seeks a temporary Office Coordinator. ASAP hire date for 1-2 months.
Pay $22-25/hr
Onsite Monday-Friday, 8,30am to 5.30pm
Must have prior office experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills and a high degree of attention to detail
Duties:
- Greet clients other visitors, and answer main telephone line in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain a clean, tidy and inviting appearance of the lobby
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
- Maintain kitchen areas and assists with hospitality requests
- Assist with other office and building-related duties as required
Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Should be consistently welcoming, friendly, professional and reliable
