Job Description

ETF Product Manager – Senior Associate

Digital/Crypto manager seeking a Product Associate to join their ETF Team. Candidates should hold a passion ETFs, product development and the candidate will play a role in all phases of the product life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Support and contribute to the growth and development of the ETF product franchise, including cap markets, operations, distribution, and marketing.

• Develop/maintain in-depth knowledge of current/prospective firm ETF strategies.

• Demonstrated product knowledge with respect to portfolio construction, strategy, and market 

• Analyze/report on key ETF market metrics (ETF flow data, trading statistics, asset trends)

• Ensure product development lifecycle plans in compliance with processes/procedures/laws/regulations.

• Maintain Product Pipeline calendars

Qualifications:

• 2 – 6 years of related experience working at/with Fund Managers, ETF Issuers or Index Providers 

• Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. ETF marketplace, with a strong understanding of investments, portfolio construction, etc.

• Strong interest in digital currencies and blockchain technology.

• Expertise with large data sets as well as analytical tools such as Bloomberg.
