Job Description

Title: Digital Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps. Prioritize product features and initiatives based on market demand, technological advances, and business viability.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the central link between technology, design, and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and project coherence.
  • Technical Direction: Guide the product's architectural decisions and software development, focusing on cloud technologies and robust, scalable solutions.
  • Agile Process Management: Direct all phases of the Agile process, enhancing team collaboration and project transparency using tools like Jira.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee product compliance with applicable standards and regulations, particularly if aligned with specific industries.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate product performance metrics, adapting strategies based on user feedback and quantitative data to optimize product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in a digital product management role, with demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale digital products.
  • Technical Skills: Profound knowledge in:
    • Cloud computing environments like AWS or Azure.
    • Software development in Microsoft .NET.
    • Implementation of microservices architectures.
  • Methodological Skills: Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; proficiency in using project management software.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
