Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for research education in collaboration with the Vice President of Education.
  • Act as the main liaison for the Research Education, Conferences, and Communications Committee, facilitating their operations and documentation.
  • Support educational program development by coordinating with the Director of Research and other related committees.
  • Independently engage with a broad network of professionals to advance research education goals.
  • Oversee logistics, content development, and execution of education initiatives in partnership with internal teams.
  • Secure funding for educational activities through grants and other sources.
  • Ensure all research educational materials meet Continuing Medical Education (CME) accreditation standards.
  • Manage online educational content and platforms, ensuring high-quality program delivery and user engagement.
  • Maintain and improve operational protocols for educational programs, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support the organization's mission through active promotion and execution of research education projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
  • At least five years of experience in professional education management or related field.
  • Strong supervisory skills with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with medical education accreditation processes preferred.
  • Proficient in budget management and program development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
