Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Produce and update models to project long-term growth and source data from various teams to determine the impacting factors on the business.
- Analyze data within established processing time frames, including the ability to identify and communicate potential operational issues or handle concerns.
- Provide insights to senior management and recommend process improvements around financial modeling, forecasts, cash management, and profitability
- Assist in the review of budgets and identify potential cost reductions and streamlining of operations
- Produce financial reporting statements and manage communication with the various finance and business teams to ensure updated information is included in senior management reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of operational experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting areas
- BA or BS in Accounting or Finance preferred, with experience in Real Estate a plus
- Excellent communication, verbal, written, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented with problem-solving capability
- Ability to work independently
- High level of accountability and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Highly motivated, self-starter, strong commercial acumen
- Technical: Computer literate, including Word and Excel
