Senior Project Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers during the preconstruction phase to align on project scope and estimates.
• Conduct detailed scope of work evaluations, bid preparation, and risk assessments for each project.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage conceptual, schematic, and detailed development estimates, GMPs, and lump sum bids.
• Lead preconstruction review meetings to discuss strategies and approaches.
• Implement quality assurance and control processes throughout the project planning and execution phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, or Civil Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within the commercial construction industry, particularly in industrial, entertainment, retail, self-storage, and/or multi-family projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, Revu, Bluebeam, or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to strategize and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the US.
