Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Finalizing drafting projects using both 2D and 3D sketching
- Revisiting designs and adjusting designs as needed
- Researching and incorporating artistic elements into designs as needed
- Ensuring design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations
- Liaising with various professionals and departments to coordinate project details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of architectural experience preferably within the hiring firm’s field
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required
- LEED AP is preferred
