Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources in the senior care community, consistently expanding the client base.
- Engage with professionals to become a trusted solution for their clients' transitional care needs.
- Present and explain our services to referred families, converting consultations into client relationships.
- Ensure all project initiatives align with our strategic goals and compliance standards, from initial contact through to client onboarding.
- Participate actively in community events and professional networks to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.
- Manage communications and logistics for client onboarding, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with preference given to candidates with home health sales experience.
- At least three years of experience in sales or customer service, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in areas related to senior care and transitional services.
- Proficient in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Computer competence and familiarity with industry-standard software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of working independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including attending events and visiting project sites as needed.
