    Boutique law firm in Midtown is seeking an Office Manager to join their firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office management experience within professional services. Law firm or legal experience is preferred.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Front desk duties including greeting clients/visitors and answering phones
  • Support attorneys with scheduling and maintain the office calendar
  • Scan and maintain files, create folders, manage contracts
  • Assist with billing, invoices and tracking of payments
  • Order office supplies and general upkeep of the office
  • Communicate with vendors and building management regarding office needs
  • Help maintain a positive and professional work environment
  • Assist with client communication while providing excellent customer service
  • Other administrative support and projects that arise

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office management experience within a professional setting
  • Prior experience in the legal field is preferred
  • Be a team player, proactive, collaborative and a self-starter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented and organized
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Quick learner of new systems
