Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Front desk duties including greeting clients/visitors and answering phones
- Support attorneys with scheduling and maintain the office calendar
- Scan and maintain files, create folders, manage contracts
- Assist with billing, invoices and tracking of payments
- Order office supplies and general upkeep of the office
- Communicate with vendors and building management regarding office needs
- Help maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Assist with client communication while providing excellent customer service
- Other administrative support and projects that arise
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office management experience within a professional setting
- Prior experience in the legal field is preferred
- Be a team player, proactive, collaborative and a self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Quick learner of new systems
