Job Description

Title: Contracts Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize diverse contracts such as Master Services Agreements and Supply Agreements with minimal supervision.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external parties, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely feedback integration.
  • Proactively manage contract-related queries and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely execution of contractual obligations.
  • Maintain and update contract data within our management system, Agiloft, to support efficient contract execution and accessibility.
  • Develop and refine company policies and systems related to contract management to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver training to internal stakeholders on contract management practices and changes in policies.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to contract management, including data entry and document management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Agiloft or similar contract management systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of contract terms, negotiation strategies, and the complete contract lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to manage relationships across diverse teams.
