Job Description
Title: Meetings Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Oversee all aspects of meeting setup, including room reservations, technology setup for live and virtual interactions, and participant materials preparation.
- Operational Support: Ensure efficient operation of sessions by managing catering, attendee communications, and on-site requirements for in-person engagements.
- Virtual Platform Management: Handle the setup and troubleshooting of virtual platforms like Zoom, including chat moderation, Q&A sessions, and technical support for remote participants.
- Session Monitoring: Supervise the live streaming and recording of sessions, maintaining high engagement from both in-person and virtual attendees.
- Administrative Duties: Collect and compile participant feedback, and assist with any logistical adjustments or issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and resources effectively, with keen attention to detail.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting technologies; prior experience with event planning or meeting coordination is highly preferred.
- Team Collaboration: Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
