    Top law firm in Manhattan is seeking a hybrid Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their team.

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage key client accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or challenges.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote products/services and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage responses for pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFPs for practice area
  • Draft proposal letters and business development correspondence. 
  • Align marketing and business development goals with the company’s long-term strategy.
  • Plan and manage budgets for marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA or JD preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing successful marketing campaigns.
