Job Description
Job Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage key client accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or challenges.
- Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote products/services and drive brand awareness.
- Manage responses for pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFPs for practice area
- Draft proposal letters and business development correspondence.
- Align marketing and business development goals with the company’s long-term strategy.
- Plan and manage budgets for marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA or JD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing roles.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing successful marketing campaigns.
