Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled medical professionals.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training on organizational policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Promote clear communication between management and employees to foster positive working relationships.
  • Examine and resolve employee disciplinary matters in line with organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional perks.
  • Guarantee adherence to healthcare regulations related to benefits enrollment and administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare HR.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
