Job Description
A top financial services firm is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to cover a 7-8 month leave in their downtown LA office. 3 day in office, 2 days remote.
Job Duties:
- Work as part of a team of administrative professionals to support executives with various calendaring needs, scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements
- Organize travel arrangements for domestic and international travel – ensuring the accuracy of Covid travel guidelines, visas, customs documents, and other necessary travel paperwork
- Create documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as requested
- Serve as a gatekeeper answering phones and taking messages
- Update business contacts within the internal database
- Organize on-site and off-site meetings, as well as virtual meetings
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of administrative experience within finance services
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to multi-task
