Job Description

A large global law firm is seeking a receptionist/floater for their NYC office for an ongoing temp assignment.

Must have prior experience working in a large corporate environment.

3+ years applicable experience.

Job Duties: 

  • Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls 
  • Meet and greet visitors, hang jackets and offer beverages  
  • Manage conference rooms schedule 
  • Ensure the front desk area is regularly cleaned, sanitized, and kept organized 
  • Support the mailroom team with packages and mail 
  • Assist Administrative Assistants with backup support for ordering supplies and other projects 

 

Requirements 

  • Prior front desk experience in a corporate setting 
  • Associates degree or higher 
  • Strong skill set with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel 
  • Able to update PowerPoint presentations as needed 
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written 
  • Friendly yet professional attitude
