Location: Columbus, OH

We are a leading general contractor in Columbus, OH, with a diverse project portfolio that includes healthcare, multifamily, public sector, higher education, senior living, retail, and light industrial. Our commitment to quality, collaboration, and innovation has earned us strong relationships with repeat clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from preconstruction through completion. Experience in healthcare or data centers is a plus.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of healthcare, multifamily, public, higher education, senior living, retail, and light industrial projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring critical milestones are met.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software to track project performance.
  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize project delays.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience in healthcare or data centers is a plus.
  • Experience working on projects in excess of $50M a plus
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up and renovation projects.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
