We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support project teams and help drive successful project execution.

Position Overview:

The Project Engineer will play a critical role in supporting project managers and superintendents with project coordination, documentation, and communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in commercial construction while working on ground-up and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support project scheduling and tracking, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Help maintain Procore and other project management software for efficient document control.
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and quality control inspections.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of construction experience (internships or co-op experience in commercial construction is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
