VP, Financial Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard the bank's assets.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial control or a related role within the banking industry.
