FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Taking data from both Salesforce and NetSuite and create reporting
• Presenting the variances in the data to be able to present what is going on with the financial results
• Assisting with forecasting including cash forecasting
• Support monthly forecasting and the annual planning process  
• Understanding the differences between forecast/plan and actuals (variance analysis) and be able to communicate this information

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 
• 2-5 years of professional experience 
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Must be a team player and self-starter 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong work ethic and the desire to learn
