Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee salary reviews, pay equity, and reward programs. Conduct market analysis and recommend adjustments.
- Design and implement competitive benefits policies. Monitor industry trends to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and executive pay.
- Provide HR leadership with payroll, pay equity, and market analysis. Maintain compensation databases.
- Oversee relationships with insurers, retirement plan providers, and wellness partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in global organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Strong data analysis, project management, and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems (ADP, Salesforce, Tableau).
- Experience leading a team
Additional Details
- Salary Range: $155,000 – $195,000 base
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays)
