Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee salary reviews, pay equity, and reward programs. Conduct market analysis and recommend adjustments.
  • Design and implement competitive benefits policies. Monitor industry trends to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and executive pay.
  • Provide HR leadership with payroll, pay equity, and market analysis. Maintain compensation databases.
  • Oversee relationships with insurers, retirement plan providers, and wellness partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in global organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong data analysis, project management, and Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (ADP, Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Experience leading a team

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $155,000 – $195,000 base
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays)
  • Midtown NY office
