Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control on packed kits and shipments.
- Notify the team lead or management of any deviations from procedures, incorrect materials, or technical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records.
- Perform additional tasks related to the job (e.g., training colleagues, filing documents) as requested by the Supervisor or their delegate.
- Pick and assemble supplies and kits.
- Prepare, package, and ship orders.
- Communicate with other departments and stakeholders as needed.
- Assist the warehouse team with warehouse-related activities as required.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
