Nurse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the comprehensive functioning of the 50-person Operating Room team
• Coordinating patient care across 7 operating rooms that spans two floors
• Implementing strategies to optimize new operational capacity
• Maintaining seamless patient care during 23-hour stays
• Managing operational integration of two additional operating rooms
• Developing staffing models for expanded surgical capacity
• Coordinating patient flow across new and existing surgical offerings
• Supporting Assistant Nurse Managers that lead day and night shift transitions
• Implementing quality improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
• Master's degree in Nursing/Healthcare Management (preferred)
• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification highly preferred
• Nursing leadership experience in:
  • Operating Room charge nurse roles
  • OR supervisor positions
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) management
