Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design Development: Spearhead the creation and evolution of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with client requirements, building codes, and industry standards.

·      Project Management: Oversee all phases of the architectural project, from initial concept design through construction documentation to final inspection.

·      Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing innovative design solutions and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

·      Team Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems.

·      Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning laws, building codes, and accessibility standards.

·      Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

·      Documentation: Prepare and review detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

·      Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices to create energy-efficient and environmentally responsible buildings.

Qualifications:

·      Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

·      Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

·      Licensure: Licensed Architect with active registration in the relevant state.

·      Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit), strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
