Job Description
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties, such as answering and directing calls, coordinating visitors, handling vendor deliveries, upkeep of office space, etc.
- Manage several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, travel logistics, conferences, etc.
- Draft, proofread, edit documents, correspondence, etc.
- Process and track expense reports, as well as help reconcile budgets and accounts
- Assist with any ad hoc requests, including report preparation and presentations, research, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in similar work environment
- Good multitasking skill with the ability to prioritize assignments efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Must be able to lift and pull up to 15 pounds
