    A pharmaceutical firm with offices in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. The role is on-site five days per week and offers a great work life balance.

Job Description

Duties

  • Perform general administrative duties, such as answering and directing calls, coordinating visitors, handling vendor deliveries, upkeep of office space, etc. 
  • Manage several busy calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, travel logistics, conferences, etc. 
  • Draft, proofread, edit documents, correspondence, etc. 
  • Process and track expense reports, as well as help reconcile budgets and accounts  
  • Assist with any ad hoc requests, including report preparation and presentations, research, etc. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar work environment 
  • Good multitasking skill with the ability to prioritize assignments efficiently 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) 
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively 
  • Must be able to lift and pull up to 15 pounds
