Our client, a fully integrated developer/builder in Columbus, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their multifamily construction division. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal development teams, design professionals, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead project meetings, reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in multifamily construction project management, either on the general contractor or developer side
  • Proven track record with wood-frame, podium, and/or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other construction technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
