Job Description
Settlement Accounting Specialist
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in numbers and accounting, with experience handling settlement-related financial tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and reconcile settlement disbursements, including attorney fees and client payments – Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial records and closing statements – Prepare and file closing statements with the court – Meet with clients to facilitate settlement check distribution – Maintain escrow accounts – Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial reporting
**Qualifications:**
