Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the review of financial statements and ensure filing of annual tax returns
- Prepare monthly consolidated GAAP financial statements
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
- Implement sufficient checks and balances and obtain all supporting financial information to ensure readiness for financial statement audit
- Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Work with internal business partners to help develop and support new business, transactions, and/or project
- Prepare underlying financial support for investments held by our Fund and partner with the Fund Administrator to ensure issuance of quarterly capital statements to investors
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures documentation
Qualifications:
- Must have an active US CPA license
- Strong understanding of US GAAP – ie Equity, Compensation, R&D,
- Demonstrated experience with financial audits and monthly close process
- Ability to learn, develop and implement new systems and technologies with ease
- Rigorous in producing quality work product and analysis, fostering internal collaboration and embrace accountability to outcomes
- Growth mindset, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience using NetSuite
