Pricing Manager, FP&A
Position Overview: The Pricing Manager, FP&A, will play a critical role in developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and support the firm’s growth objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support pricing decisions and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners and practice group leaders to understand client needs and market trends.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance pricing processes and tools.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in pricing and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus
