Duties:
- Sort and forward incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate parties
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Process and issue invoices and checks
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Type up office reports, letters, and documents
- Update and maintain filing systems to ensure accuracy
- Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary
- Operate office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
- Ability to type 45-60 words per minute
